Mighty Movers (3m-walking) Wednesdays 1:00-2:00 Mundelein

This class is an open-play format to allow children and caregivers to socialize while promoting healthy motor and sensory development. This class will include therapist-led instruction in safe and effective ways to engage children's strength, balance and flexibility as well as how to keep caregivers' bodies in safe functional positions during floor play.

Postpartum Wellness (6wk-6m) Wednesday 12:00-1:00 Mundelein

Come join this exciting new weekly class designed to promote your mental, emotional & physical wellness in an environment meant for you and your baby!

This class will feature lead & self-paced activities to help regulate your nervous system & empower self-awareness.
